Bassmaster hasn’t released its 2016 list of the nation’s best bass fishing spots yet, but let’s take a look back on the 2015 list.

It includes traditional lakes, rivers, bays, inlets and more.  No. 1 on the list is Toledo Bend on the Texas-Louisiana border.

And all parts of the U.S. are represented, from California (yes, California) and the desert southwest to New England, the Great Lakes, and of course, the South.
